How Do You Self Care?
I lift, do pilates, and sauna at least 5 days a week. I take time for myself in the mornings while Kyden is in school.

A woman with a voice is the definition of a strong woman 🫶
Since Kyden and Jayce's dad (and Kendra's husband), Julius, plays for the New York Knicks, we curated a collection of our favorite basketball and sports themed items for the boys. We also included some of our favorite apparel styles and wellness products for Kendra which would fit in seamlessly with her extremely busy, active and stylish lifestyle.
