Where We Ship
coop & spree offers shipping to all US states and territories as well as in-store NYC pick up and Manhattan courier delivery. All orders shipped must be sent to a valid, physical address. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time. We sometimes can ship to Canada but it’s a case-by-case basis. Please email us in advance of placing your order at email@example.com to see if we can ship your order to Canada.
Processing & Fulfillment
We process orders during our normal business hours which are 10am-6pm on Mondays through Fridays. Unless otherwise stated, please allow 1 to 4 business days for us to process and fulfill your order. You’ll receive an email when your tracking information has been created. Please note: an email containing tracking information doesn’t necessarily mean your order has shipped; it just indicates that your shipping label has been generated and that your order will ship very soon.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes circumstances occur beyond our control. If we experience longer than usual processing and fulfillment times, we will notify you via email or text.
coop & spree offers free shipping on all orders in the US which are $175 and above. Orders are shipped via FedEx Express, regardless of package size and shipping location. Orders which are $174 and below are subject to a flat rate fee which is detailed below.
Shipping Rates & Timing
coop & spree offers a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for orders under $175, regardless of package size and shipping location. We do not make any profit on this $10 and, in fact, pay much more to FedEx than $10 per shipment. All orders are shipped via FedEx Express. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and physically deliver your order. Depending on your location within the US, FedEx Express usually delivers orders within 1-3 business days once the order is in its possession.
Overnight Shipping & 2-Day Shipping
If you need your order ASAP and want overnight or 2 day guaranteed delivery, you’ll be subject to an additional fee which we’ll calculate for you based on the rates listed on the FedEx website. If you qualify for free shipping due to an order over $175, you’ll still incur a charge for overnight or 2-day delivery but we’ll deduct $10 from this cost to honor your original free shipping status. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like to arrange and pay for overnight or 2-day express delivery.
coop & spree currently doesn’t require FedEx to obtain a signature upon delivery. However, we can enable this for you if desired. Please email email@example.com if you’d like us to have your delivery include a signature.
Once in awhile, your order may be sent via UPS, DHL or USPS in the event that we need a vendor or third party supplier to physically ship out your order on our behalf. We will still provide you with the relevant tracking information in an email so that you can check the status of your order.
In-Store Pick Up & NYC Messenger Delivery
coop & spree offers in-store pick up at our NYC location. If you’d like to pick up your order, please select the pick up option at check out. Your order will be available for pick up within 1-3 days. We will notify you via email or text to let you know when your order is ready for pick up. All orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification. If you live on the island of Manhattan, you can have your order delivered via messenger. coop & spree uses the courier service Roadie and orders can usually be sent either same-day (if placed prior to 11am EST) or next day. A flat rate of $15 is charged for NYC messenger service regardless of your total amount.
Tracking Your Order You can use the link in the email we send with your tracking information to check in on the status of your order. You’ll also receive an email when your order is out for delivery and when it’s delivered. We also obtain an email from FedEx when your order is delivered and this email contains a physical image showing us that your order is on your door step / outside your door. If you don’t receive these emails in a timely fashion, and have obtained your original email with tracking, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look into the situation for you.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
In the highly unlikely event that your order isn’t delivered to you but FedEx indicates that it’s been delivered, we will do everything in our power to locate it and ultimately get it in your possession. Please contact us via email@example.com to let us know so that we can do our best to solve the situation.
